Full-Time Technical System Support Analyst

Job Summary

CRM Dynamics Ltd www.crmdynamics.ca is looking to add a FT Technical Support Analyst to work from our Mississauga office. The successful candidate would help with support, customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Dynamics 365 software systems including Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics 365 for Finance
  • Assist with the configuration and enhancement of existing Dynamics 365 systems including Voice of the Customer, Portal, Organizational Insights, Project Service Automation, Field Service.
  • Assist with the configuration and integration of Office 365 as it relates to Dynamics 365
  • Respond to customer issues through email, phone and computer sharing sessions
  • Elicit support from next level support personnel as required
  • Maintain knowledge base of common issue resolutions
  • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and close of customer cases
  • Write, maintain and suggest improvements on Standard Operating Procedures relating to customer and internal system support
  • Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • 1-3 years as a support technician or other customer support role
  • 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
  • Experience with Office 365 maintenance and administration
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 portals
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
