Full-Time Shop Administrator

Job Description

•receive work orders off shop floor and create computerized work orders
•create customer invoices from work orders and send to customers
•enter vendor/part invoices into shop software
•accept customer payments
•create weekly productivity reports
•create weekly divisional maintenance reports
•other duties as required
