Operations Team Leader (Client Services)

Oakville, ON

60k to 70k/year

  • Supervisory responsibilities for operational and customer/client services team
  • Manage the process of services from initiation to complete and post-completion
  • Design and complete post-completion surveys, quarterly reports, and review meetings
  • Maintain and enhance the quality of service
  • Manage client reports and act as a client liaison for assigned accounts


  • Minimum 4-5 years of customer service experience or account management
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory/team lead experience in a customer/client service oriented role
  • Must be exceptionally fluent in both English and French
  • Strong technical and keyboarding skills (60 wpm)
  • Superior knowledge of the Canadian geography
