Specific Skills:

This role is responsible for booking service appointments, greeting the public, handling cash/debit/credit payments, answering phone lines, directing customers to appropriate departments, licensing vehicles, filling out contracts, prepping

insurance forms, posting invoices, filing, checking emails, sending faxes, scanning, posting on websites, daily errands and other general duties as assigned.

Essential Skills Required:

Reading text, document use, numeracy, writing, communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, finding information, computer use, multi-tasking and continuous leaning.

The successful candidate must have superior organizational skills, be proficient with MS Office and have excellent communications skills.

This is a fast-paced work environment, the candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The candidate must be able to work the following on a weekly basis:

Monday to Thursday from 3:00pm-8:00pm.

Alternating Friday and Saturdays from 8:3Oam to 5:30 pm.

*Must have a valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 /hour

Required education: Diploma/Certificate

Required experience:

Administrative Assistant: 3 years

Office Assistant: 3 year
