Full-Time Brand Ambassadors for Leading Financial Institution in Kelowna!

Job Description

The Full-Time Brand Ambassadors at our store locations will be providing customer support regarding loyalty points and membership services. Key role is to provide excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while maintaining and building new relationships to support needs to meet customer expectations while building brand presence of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build brand presence through interaction with new and existing consumers
  • Assist and support consumers with any questions or concerns
  • Listen to customers, answer questions and provide solutions
  • Assist customers on how to maximize member benefits
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices to ensure consumer satisfaction
  • Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Work 1 Saturday or Sunday a month to train and mentor PT brand ambassador at your store location

 Availability

Monday – Friday 11am-7pm 

Do you have the following qualifications?

  • 1-3yrs customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to various people and scenarios
  • Naturally empathetic and enjoy helping others finding solutions
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
  • Keep engaged throughout the duration of your shift
