Goodwill Works for Students
In Oakville Goodwill Works for Students is a program geared to assist students with disabilities to find and maintain part time employment while attending school.

On The Job Training
When appropriate, Goodwill finds job experiences to assist individuals to gain the skills and knowledge needed to find and maintain employment while working on the job.

Specialized Employment Preparation
Individually designed programs are available to assist individuals to improve their performance and employability. Programs can include the development of physical tolerance, communication skills, understanding workplace expectations, and health and safety training.

Job Development Services
Goodwill provides individualized job search assistance and will connect you directly with employers that are looking to hire individuals with your skills and abilities.

Job Coaching
Individuals receive individualized coaching and follow-up in their new job to ensure career success.
