Good value. Good work. Goodwill.

Goodwill, The Amity Group, is a not for profit social enterprise organization with a mission to help people overcome employment barriers and obtain good work. Through our Goodwill Works offices, retail and donation centres, Goodwill serves Hamilton, Halton region and Brant county by assisting people with disabilities and employment disadvantages to achieve maximum employability, community participation and self-fulfillment.

To do this, our Goodwill Value Centres recycle and sell donated goods to:
1.  offer good value for your dollar and a green retail alternative for customers who recycle and care about the environment
2.  offer training opportunities for individuals seeking employment
3.  generate vital capital for services that are not government funded
4.  contribute to the financial strength of families in our communities by breaking reliance on government support through the power of work.

If you are looking for ways to donate to Goodwill including merchandise for our Value Centres, outright gifts like cash donations, in-kind donations, gifts of shares and publicly traded securities or deferred gifts like leaving a bequest or a gift of life insurance, sponsorship opportunities, directing a gift, donor recognition, or volunteering, you’ve come to the right place!
